The app
One Chess is a paid mobile app distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases, refunds, and trial behavior are governed by the platform’s terms, not ours. Trial: 7 days free, then $4.99 USD one-time. Subscriptions are not used.
No warranty
The site and the app are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Use them. Don’t blame us if a Stockfish blunder ruins your night.
Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their store policies. Contact them through the receipt in your store account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides. Disputes go through that jurisdiction’s courts.
